TERMS & CONDITION

Mo Sounds and Events Limited (MSE) is event Production Company. Specialises in Sounds, Events Entertainment and Production. This contract is formed between yourself
(referred to in the Terms & Conditions as "the customer") & Mo Sounds and Events once the deposit has been paid.

EVENT BOOKING DETAILS
All booking will be regarded as provisional until a deposit has been placed down. The company will keep hold of discussed date from the date of invoice creation till due date. Invoice is due upon receipt.

PAYMENT
Payment in full is due no later than 7 days prior to the event date. A deposit of 50% of the total fee payable as quoted and agreed in the invoice. This may be made via electronic transfer, debit card, cheque or Credit Card .The Company reserves the right to cancel the event if payment has not been received in full.

INCLUSION
The company will supply all activity equipment as detailed in the invoice (if applicable), and public liability insurance of £5,000,000.

SUBSTITUTION
The company reserves the right to substitute comparable services for another in the event of equipment failure or circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

DRUG & ALCOLHOL
The company may refuse participation to guests who are believed to be under the influence of drugs or alcohol. No refund will be made in such circumstances.

COMPANY AUTHORITY
The customer recognises the authority of the company’s Event manager understanding that they may take any decision they regard as necessary to ensure the health, welfare and safety of those taking part in the event.

CHANGING DATES
Every effort will be made to change the event date when requested, although the company reserves the right to charge 10% of the event value. The charge may be higher when it has not been possible to cancel subcontractors or venues. No change may be made within 30 days of the event.

CANCELLATION
If the customer cancels within 4 weeks of the event there is a 100% cancellation fee. The company will not be liable for any refund if Service provision is not met due to inaccuracy in the details provided by the customer i.e. Venue Address, date, Set up time.

WEATHER
When rain is forecast, the company reserves the right to refuse outside setup. It will be the customer’s responsibility to provide extra marquee if setup is required outside during Bad weather. .

LIABILITY
The customer is liable for loss or damage of equipment caused by guests whilst on the event. The company with not be liable for any claim impose without proper communication before hand. Limited to the amount of the company’s insurance excess.

COPYRIGHT
. The customer gives the company permission to use images or video taken during the event in company marketing and advertising materials, except stated otherwise in written form.The company retains rights to images taken on the event day.

ENGLISH LAW
This agreement is subject to English law.
